We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager who can manage multiple projects, coordinate with internal teams and clients, ensure timely delivery, and maintain high-quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys planning, communication, and problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage multiple web development, digital marketing, and software projects.
• Coordinate with developers, designers, SEO specialists, marketers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Create project timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, and status updates.
• Identify project risks, resolve issues, and proactively manage challenges.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards before client handover.
• Manage project resources and prioritize workloads effectively.
• Collaborate with management to improve project workflows and operational efficiency.
• Maintain project tracking using tools such as ClickUp, Trello, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with project management tools is preferred.
• Basic understanding of website development, digital marketing, SEO, and software development processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.
